SciPress publishes high-quality research from all areas of the theoretical and applied physical sciences, engineering, earth sciences, pure and applied mathematics, social sciences and humanities.
- Are your journals open access?
SciPress is committed to the Open Access model of publishing. This ensures free web access to the results of research and maximum visibility for published papers. The publications in all SciPress journals are free of charge if submitted before March 31, 2016.
- How do you guarantee the quality of your publications?
To achieve high quality of publications SciPress encourages reviewers to submit their comments via our online submission system by following the link provided in the editor’s email. We support them with software and internal scientific check. We also use all the tools the market provides to guarantee the quality of our publications, e.g. all papers are checked through iThenticate from CrossRef. We strictly control the plagiarism issue during the whole publishing process.

- How to submit a manuscript for publication?
SciPress has online submission system. If you don’t have an account with SciPress, register following the link https://www.scipress.com/Account/Register, choose a journal and upload your paper. Authors, who already have SciPress account, need to log in with their credentials and do the same steps.
- How is the review process going?
All submitted articles are shortly checked by the editorial members. To save the time of authors and reviewers, only those papers that are most likely to meet our editorial criteria are sent for external review. Each manuscript undergoes a double-blind review process before a decision on acceptance to publication is made.
- How long does it take to review a paper?
The peer review process may take from two to five weeks.
- Is it possible to appeal the decision of the Editor?
Authors have the right to appeal a decision on their submission if they believe the decision was unfair. To appeal a decision, they need to submit a letter with details and explanations on the appeal. The letter should be submitted to the Editor-in-Chief within 10 days from the date of the decision.
- What kind of support do you provide for authors in the process of publication?
Authors can monitor the status of their papers online, immediately see reviews and editor’s comments, easily upload a revised paper, directly contact the editor, get all notifications regarding their papers. Besides, our support team is always ready to deal with any questions and requests on firstname.lastname@example.org.
- What is the copyright policy at your company?
SciPress applies the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) license to works we publish. This license was developed to facilitate open access. Under this license, authors agree to make articles legally available for reuse, without permission or fees, for virtually any purpose. Anyone may copy, distribute or reuse these articles, as long as the author and original source are properly cited.
